Summer Band
The school year starts next week, ‘.$first_name.’. Be sure to look at the current weeks schedule along with the next 3-4 weeks of schedule. The items on the schedule are events that you are expected to be at. The events that you don’t participate in are not on this schedule.
You are getting an extra email this week. I don’t believe that you received the next four weeks of rehearsals in the previous email. We are now remeding that. Please take a moment and look over the schedule.
We have started learning drill and have assigned most of the marching spots. It\’s absolutely important that everyone shows up on time and ready to go. We have less time to practive this final week of summer band, so let’s get the most out of it.
We need to focus on filling out the information in RankOne. As of this writing, only 105 students have filled out their RankOne Information. Please follow this link and complete the information: RANK ONE LINK.
Please update your Charms information: https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms2/login.asp, our school code is PasadenaHSBand. Please send me a remind if you need me to reset your password. There were many students that were not in Charms as of June 15, 2022. Make sure you double check your school year, your gender, and your instrument. Also, we need everyone to fill in their shirt size. If you don’t ‘.$first_name.’, you run the risk of getting a 2XL shirt when shirts are ordered. You can always login and update your shirt size as needed.
Make sure that you check out the band website: https://phseaglealliance.com/. If you go to the students section: https://phseaglealliance.com/student/ you can even download your music. It will also show you what items that you are missing. If you scroll down to the bottom of the webpage, you can automatically sign up for Remind by simply clicking the link on your phone. It will automatically set the message up to be sent correctly. Please have your parents sign up for remind as well. All of the information in these emails can also be found on the band webpage.
We are now done with Region UIL ‘.$first_name.’, but Area is this Saturday. Be sure to look at our upcoming schedule. Please make sure to pay all band fees. Your fees are included in this email.
